We was thinking about putting a Christmas Dinner event together on Saturday 18th December at Louis Tea Rooms Kitt Hill Callington Cornwall. Just looking to see if there is any interest out there.
I WILL BE BOOKING THE TABLE FOR 19.15. THE CUT OFF TIME TO TAKE ANY LAST ORDERS WILL BE 19.45 The menu is, STARTERS Homemade curried creamy parsnip soup. Smoked haddock and herb fishcakes with horseradish mayonnaise. Fresh homemade honey and mustard scotch egg. Honey baked goat cheese with chutney and warm bread. MAINS Roast Turkey with all the trimmings. Roast Beef with all the trimmings. Slow braised lamb shank with garlic mash, seasonal vegetables and red wine jus, topped with an onion ring mint salsa verdi. Oven baked bass fillet on a bed of homemade roasted ratatouille and topped with prawn and caper butter, served with a side of roast potatoes. Vegan homemade spinach, almond and nut roast with a creamy mushroom sauce and trimmings. DESSERTS All served with either Cornish clotted cream or ice cream. Homemade pear and panettone pudding. Homemade baked apples with spiced fruit. Homemade Baileys cheesecake. Homemade chocolate torte. Homemade Christmas pudding & brandy cream. Tea and coffee included in the price. 2 courses £20. 3 courses £25. All tables will be dressed with crackers supplied. ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE PRE ORDERED AND FULLY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.
