My Saab 95 reflected so badly onto the windscreen in summer, I used to carry a black fluffy blanket that I had to drape across the entire dash so I could actually see out of the window! I have never seen anything so utterly stupid in my life! My dad has a Saab now and his dash is matt black and absolutely fine. Why my old 95 had a grey, shiny plastic-leather dash I'll never figure out. Genuinely unuseable in bright sunshine.

You are right about that, why on earth did I buy this car?

It is a good car in most ways, doesn't rust, is comfortable to ride in.

Looks good even when dirty.

It's not economical, well the automatic isn't but not too bothered about that.

Shamefully I have to admit I have been looking at other cars, online only at present and it isn't a Rover.:eek:

Iv`e had two 95`s first one 11 months old with 19,000 on.
I can honestly say I had never noticed what you had.
I don`t remember what the dash was so maybe it was matt black.
