Anyone who has suffered this will know what it,s like ..


SCIATICA.:duh:

Woke me up at 4 this morning .

Regular sufferer but it,s been over a year since the last attack.:mad:

Got out of bed at half 7 and could,nt put any weight on my foot .

Usually lasts a week so i,m hopalong Cassidy till then.:duh:

I'm with you on this George.
I had a really bad do a few years ago, the pain was immense and I was a only a nats cod from passing out. Had 7 weeks off work with it :eek: Went to the physio and it helped a little and I was initially prescribed Diclofenac without which, I don't what I'd have done.
It's not been back since but, I do get the odd twinge now and again and, my right little toe has been numb ever since.

Take it easy mate, I know how you're feeling.

Being self employed i need to work through it.

Just helped a woman in and out with a pram aarrrgghhh.

I know mate, not good.
I worked for Tarmac at the time and they had a great sick pay scheme and a free health care plan.

I feel for you George, can't be easy.

Ouch! Sciatica is really painful & debilitating, I've suffered from it for years, They sent me for back rehabilitation & pain management courses a few years back but I still get the trapped nerves in my lower back:mad:
