I had forgoten the full spindles are all visible, for some reason I thought the access panel still left a few obscured.

Drilling out the spindles would be sort of easier to do than I thought

Bernard you can see the wear easily in those pics first job replace and or rebush the valves second job recreate the worn out ball joints on the control arm last job getting it all resealed effectively

I think Lates took a hammer and chisel to that one to get it apart!

Hacksaw across a corner then "chase" it round carefully with a hammer and screwdriver. I have an old mullered mani here if anybody wants to collect it.No motors etc just a bare casting thats a little weathered ;)

I think Bernard is curious enough to want to play with one is it still in one piece and getting it apart is all part of the challenge :)

Don't like the look of those ball joints as a project, but probably a bit clearer in the flesh.

Lates, your not that far from me, If I'm not busy next week, I might pop over and have a serious look-see.

Chances are it is on the to do list unless they have been able to buy them in at radically reduced prices as over there they can probably build a whole car for £600! but I guess the current parts bin cars we have seen use standard parts.

Chinese better have this BEAST sorted on the next Z. Hopefully there will be a cheaper implant too -Landrover in Australia have the market on Plenum assemblys locked up ATM.
