If it's the Rover fitted CD based unit, then the most up to date disc is available for purchase here: http://www.satnavdvd.co.uk/rover-34-c.asp for the CD

My understanding is that this is the final disc to be produced, due to the age of the technology (i.e. CD-ROM based system) no further updated discs will be produced,

Navigation for a 1999 vintage saloon

My much loved CDTI is due a reward after I found how to check out the Window bus and restore operation of the driver's window switches. So I've been looking at the various Chinese offerings on EBay. Has anybody experience of these - do they need a navigation disc etc? My old car didn't have navigation installed so no doubt there will be cable looms to run but having pulled the car to bits over the years that isn't to daunting. But I'd like anyone advice before I purchase a unit.

Those units use an sd card for navigation. Alternatively, get an Android unit & you can use Google maps or Sygic etc:cool:
