Cars under the Stars. 04/07/18
 

Anyone fancy a mid-week meet, 6pm onwards, at the Ploughboy pub in Saltash, I'll do my best not to be late.

Pub has a Carvery plus sells food from a full menu, plus a specials board, for those who want to eat.
Beer garden plus outside seating areas. Children's outside play area. Pets are welcome. Car park holds about 50 cars. Or there is a Bus stop close by if you want to leave the chariot at home.

So I've heard.

If I can find my way there count me in

Allen, Val and I have just had a meal in the Ploughboy. Both Allen and Val had the small carvery plates, I had the standard size. There is a supersize if wanted. All 3 of us had desserts. We had 4 pints between Al and I, Val had a soft drink. The bill came to £51.

The carvery was excellent, plenty of meat, (3 roast meats this evening). The desserts were to die for.

Not good when the local RS has to drop out but the excuse is a good one.

Sorry bob due to summer hols etc I’ve got a skittles match that night and had it covered etc but if I attend the meet we will be two players short and as were runners up in the league woo hoo I dont want to let the boys down but if things change then no doubt I’ll show my face I might even just pop down show my face and leave early I’ll keep you informed cheers Matt
