Hi all new on here,
Anyhow a few weeks ago I picked up a mgzt 1.8 turbo for£275 she needed work.
Head gasket done Mls proper job
Head work porting done
De cat
To come clutch upgrade
More power
Are the manual boost adjusters any good and will the ecu ajust the fuel to suit

You should be OK on a standard clutch - they also fit the V6, so can take a lot of torque. :)

None of the T4 guys here do an upgrade for the ZT 1.8T but Z & F Tuning can take it up to 204bhp for £239.

Yes I'm going to go for a z&f remap but can the boost be adjusted to give more power,I think this would be possable

Be careful, around 200bhp is reckoned to be the safe limit for the 1.8T without compromising reliability.
