Looks very much like a NavAll 1 (sold by RadioGuy). I have this unit myself. It is based on Android 2.x so installing Torque will be a challenge. WiFi is only possible with an USB WiFi adapter. I have the original one (and still using it) and performance is mediocre at best.
I would source the apk's of the apps you want to install and use an USB stick to put them on the unit. Note that the cpu is already stressed out by the default apps on the unit so again performance will be mediocre. HTH |
Check your Android version first because you'll be lucky to get Torque working on older versions as said.

Hi,
Go to the Settings app and scroll down to Device Information. There you will find your version: https://s5.postimg.cc/hzihd3ljn/IMG_...20.resized.jpg I am reasonably sure you will find the same version as in the picture ;) |

It's not so bad as long as you keep in mind that it is a Chinese unit :D
If you don't want to install extra apps or stream through the Internet it is pretty much OK. Truth be told that you do have to re-install the firmware now and then because the unit is not well fit for installing apps as you would with your phone. On the other hand... Android 2.3.4 is what...? A century old :D |
I know what you mean mate but my wife paid £120 for the Samsung tablet I'm on right now about 4 years ago and it's been absolutely phenomenal - never any issues with anything, superb 10 inch screen, sd slot, cameras, all apps install without issue, connects to the internet anywhere anytime ... The only thing that Navall has that my tablet doesn't is a cheap amp. I honestly don't know why we put up with lesser technology in our cars than we would accept in our homes when we need them for the same things. I keep saying I'll buy a fascia, amp and tablet to fit instead of a double din as it makes so much sense - could get voice activation setup and all sorts but as i can't even find the time to run my GPS tracker into the roof so it doesn't interfere with my speakers I'll no doubt just put up with this Chinese tat for the forseeable future - my wifes priorities always seem out of synch with mine but she's the boss obviously haha. It plays the Rolling Stones like a champ tho so can't complain lol
