upon my birth i was given my mothers name and the small version of certificate which did not name the father however as was often the case to prtect the innocent, I was raised by my grandparents and adopted by them so i guess on census given under their name.
but could i revert to my birth name?.

So in law my mother and uncles and aunts became my sisters and brothers and my half brothers and sisters became my nephews and neices lol got a headache yet, most people get one when i try to explain:}

But I am not a number I am a Man!!
