Wipers randomly stop working

We have a weird problem with the wipers, they will just randomly stop working altogether. This problem disappears after a short time (sub 2 minutes) and they work perfectly again, nothing changes that we can work out in that 2 minutes, car still runs, everything else electric still works:shrug:

I'm at a loss as electrics and I have a hate - hate relationship, If I touch electrical things they will generally die a very rapid death very soon after:duh: So all help appreciated as always Gents:bowdown:

They are rain sensor wipers, they were running constantly though on the second click every time it has happened:shrug:

So obvious I didn't want to suggest it :o

I know when I first got my ZT I didn't know it had rain sensing wipers and thought there was something wrong with them. It wasn't until I realised it had the plus pack that it dawned on me.

Worn motor. My coupe was the same. I rebuilt it and good as new for 5 minutes then broke again. Picked up another and good as new.
