Stop Lamp MOT Fail

Hi Guys ,

another thing to repair immediately:
Stop lamp(s) light intensity significantly reduced central (4.3.3(a)(ii))

Any idea how to fix it and any link to buy a new one?

Thanks

Matt

Check the rear tail light as when it fails, the brakelight replaces it at lower intensity:cool: It's a built in safety feature:cool:

Hi Thanks,

I don't understand is the central stop light that doesn't work and all the other lights are fine:shrug:

Sorry, thought you meant the brakelight. That light is led, so check the wiring to it.

If it is light intensity and LED could some of the LED's have failed?
I think there has been a thread on repairing them but I could be way off the mark.
May be just easier if any of the LED's have failed to replace the unit.
