Meets arranged by members between themselves

As we have mentioned in the past when members arrange local meets between themselves the meets are not 75 & ZT Owners Club meets. Please remember these meets are not insured by the clubs public liability insurance neither are they the owners club responsibilty in any way.

For the information of those posting about meets our insurance company has told us that all meets in the UK need the following if they are relevant to the circumstances.

First aid cover
Permissions from land owners
Permissions from the local authority
Permissions from the police
Public liability insurance to the minimum value of £1m

In future if anyone is arranging meets between others could you please put into the first post on the thread the following.

Please be aware this is not an official 75 & ZT Owners Club meet and as such is not covered by the clubs public liability insurance. Also the owners club take no responsibility for the meet in any way.

Edit:- It would be very helpful if the dates of your meet are included in the forum calendar. This to avoid clashing with other meets. Happy motoring. :)
