Southampton explosion

Saw it coming but the loudness was still a shock.
Just fixed a puncture on my sons bike. Pumped the tyre up and left it.
As I turned back to look at it I saw the side of the tyre coming off the rim and the inner tube poking out. Thought I'd better release some air when lots more tyre came off and ............bang:eek: Glad I had not made a move to go back to the wheel

The tube is beyond a puncture repair kit now :)

Given the subject heading I must confess that:

:smilie_re: I felt a little deflated when I read the thread. :getmecoat:

Lol. I had a similar problem with the wife's wheelbarrow tyre on Friday last. Pumped it up and the inner tube blew. Thinking about a solid tyre solution now.

It does if it is windows Raymond, you will find them in the character map. To view it click: start>all programs>accessories>system tools>character map. Enter infinity in the search area at the bottom to find ∞. If you have a mac then you might be right. I've never had one but I don't think a character map comes with the OS, possibly available via an app but don't quote me as I'm not at all sure. :getmecoat:
