if you use it frequently I understand battery but if used infrequently I would edge on the side of caution and go mains powered.

my neighbour lent me one of these to undo the drive shaft nuts. they must have been tight as it took a while to undo them

The one thing I need right now is a decent impact gun other was beeped after trying too undo Christine's drive shaft nut. :duh:

I was thinking about buying a battery rattle gun as I use the Ryobi 18v tool system at work so have loads of batteries and chargers already.

Anyone used a battery gun, any good???
