top door clips
 
morning gents have just replaced door card on my cdti and it keeps coming away at the top as does another are the clips knackered or do they need bending perhaps or have i put the card on wrong you guys have amazing information thank you

You may not have the top of the panel seated into the clips properly. I had mine off recently as it was rattling. A few strips of insulation tape along the panel ( won't be seen ) cured that. On mine the lock unlock button, the one on the top that goes up and down, was also rattling. I very thin stip of clear tape the size of a match stick cured that.
