is this tool worth buying?

Cheap enough to give it a try, if it releases one tight crank pulley then its worth it.
|
The handle looks a bit 'thin' - probably ok if you can hold it in position, but suspect it could bend easily if you don't get a straight hold on it (mine has about 1/2" bar handle, and I bent it last time I tried to get a pulley off-should have used a windy gun on it)

thanks for the replies.
If the tool fits and holds, the handle could be strengthened I guess but I'll just watch it for now macafee2 |
I've got a GhettoTech version Ian which is more than up to the job and you can borrow it anytime you want. :}

I've got the real thing Cartool 12-177, and having used it in anger on more than one occasion, I would have to say...........absolutely no way would I buy that toytown rubbish.
The original shall we say, is a little more heavy duty...... and it needs to be to ;) Brian :D |
