Morning Both, morning all,

Are you still up in the bush with the monkeys and baboons ?

I'm going to visit my Dad this morning. He lives in Dedham now (John Constable country) as it's known.

I think Ros and I will be probably having a Chinese dinner tonight. Other than that, not a lot.

Hoping to spend Saturday night on board Lady Emma and I have a leg of lamb to cook over the Easter as well:}

Good morning Jeff and thank you for those words.

Just a thought in passing and not related to you.

I sometimes wonder why some people cannot write the word thank you in their posts. I have been following one poster who has hundreds plus replies, yet has only said thank you 6 times in all of those replies, when others have asked after or wished the best many more times….. Why is it so hard to thank people for their concern, good thoughts and interest, are manners a thing of the past……

We are back from the bush and spending a quiet weekend here. Thank you for asking.

I got all of the shopping in yesterday to last us a week, then next weekend I am taking Jessica away to a lodge in a game reserve as it will be our wedding anniversary. It’s been 3 years since we were away on safari. We will also be visiting a Geo Thermal pool in a reserve called Hells Gate, 3 open air swimming pools naturally heated to 30C …….should be interesting.

Yesterday after the shopping we had physiotherapy, Jessica - the back treatment and myself, strengthening the post-op leg.

When I got home I installed a PTZ pan, tilt, tracking and zoom security camera which is powered by solar, we can get sunlight 12 hours in a day, so far it’s working 100%

Do have a fabulous day seeing your Dad and Ros.

Looking forward to seeing your photos of what you are doing, as we love to see them, so please don’t forget to post them up :)

Morning all, It's a grey damp cloudy day turning to heavy rain from lunchtime onwards looking at the forecast :mad:
Seems to be a few anniversaries coming up so congratulations to all, It's our 51st on Sunday.

Omelette & slice of toast for brekkie than I'll drive some trains.:D

Good morning everyone. A bit of the lurgy is still hanging on, with fuzzy head and creaky chest but much better than it was.

Shan't be venturing out much with all the "hordes" amassing for their "break at the coast"! The supermarkets were mental yesterday with families of all ages, complete with offspring and elderly, blocking the aisles, trying to decide which delights to choose!

The by-pass is already getting busier and noisier and the queues are forming. :shrug:

Roll on Tuesday and don't forget to put your timepieces forward (or just live on God's time!).

Morning all, a nice sunny start today following yesterday's covering of snow!

Afternoon all.

Happy birthday Jeff :birthday2:

Good to hear about all the "going on's" with the great folks on here. :}

Quizzie's been out this morning and we successfully avoided the rain. :bowdown:

Unlike the river which is in flood - again :eek:.

Hoping to pop along to the Midlands Nano tomorrow to have a bit of a catch up. Forecast looks reasonable so fingers crossed.

Enjoy whatever you're up to over Easter.

Andy.

Ain't it a glorious day, right as a mornin' in May. :driving:

:smilie_re: Just been reading about the lesser-reported antics of a certain Billy Windsor. Unacceptable behaviour, lack of decorum etc.. Some have no shame. Click :shrug:
