Original Radioguy DD - max Gb/speed

I am trying to do a member a favour, who has an original radioguy DD, but is lacking the Satnav software SDcard, by copying my own installation to a card he has sent me. I have copied it across to new cards a few times and it has always worked fine, but not this time....

The card he sent was a SanDisk 32Gb, speed is suggested to be 'HD Video', but I see no mention of actual speed. The card itself seems to have a C with a 4 in the middle symbol, and a HC I - if that might be an indication of speed?

[EDIT] I think I have worked out that it is a Class 4 - 4Mb per second, which I think should be fine - has anyone any comment to make about the 32Gb capacity?

All the software copied across and verified just fine, but when inserted in my DD to test it, it claims to be unable to find the SatNav software.

Is there a limit on the card speed, size or make which the DD will work with please? I have never had this problem before..

[Sorted] He has sent me an 8Gb which when written worked absolutely fine in my DD.
