2004 X-Power Grey ZT-T + 1.8Turbo plus LPG

PRICE REDUCED to £295 need it gone!!

For sale is my project ZT-T which I didn't get finished. Full story is here
http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=257907

I have had a couple of changes to my circumstances since buying the car and now it has to go. Firstly I've moved and have less space, secondly I have a 17yr old son currently looking for a car so need the space, thirdly I've bought a Monogram diesel as my long term replacement to the connie.

So, as stated the car is not finished. Since buying it I have put a set of used but good springs and shocks on the rear, a used but good fuel pump, orange clip on the filter, new drop links and an MOT. MOT runs out in December 2017.

I've also replaced the following parts with new.
Boost control solenoid
PRT
Inlet manifold gasket
Rocker cover gasket
Air filter
Oil filter and oil
Pollen filter
Expansion tank cap
Dummy thermostat housing and various coolant pipes

I have also regapped the iridium plugs and will include a spare oil filter and set of NGK plugs with the car.
The car sits rock solid at 84 degrees driving round town. It doesn't appear to loose coolant or pressurize the coolant, though it is now SORN and has only done about 40 miles since replacing all the coolant parts that leaked.
Mileage is 120968, comes with 5 matching alloys

The car came to me with a wad of receipts, including a receipt for head gasket replacement by a land rover specialist in Wales and reconditioned turbo by turbo technics.
Bodywork is 13years old but pretty good, no rust on the jacking points or sills/arches in the usual places.

So far I have spent approx £450 on the car. I am not looking to make a profit, just get back some of the money I've spent.

The 2000 miles I put on it since it's MOT have been very cheap, it works out cheaper to run than a diesel, assuming a bit of petrol use at startup and short journeys plus longer trips on the LPG. The LPG kit is a Romano which is well known by most service centers, car is registered on the logbook as alternative fuel.

There are some bad points or "thing to finish off".
MOT advisories need attending to. Track rod, corrosion to brake pipe (looks to just need cleaning up), and new front pads.
Also, since owning the car it has never been keen to start. It usually takes 5 or so goes to get it to fire, as though the fuel pump doesn't prime properly. It was next on the list of things to do. Both the filter and pump have been checked. Once started it runs great and if you turn off it will restart straight away.
The LPG kit needs a service as it is slow to react to throttle transitions at low rpm - probably a filter or something. I only used the lpg on long runs rather than all the time because of this.
Drivers seat is in need of replacement, bolster rips now covered in black tape.
Airbag light comes on now and again. It's the connector on the passenger seat, was going to sort it when I replaced the seats. It's off at the moment.
Rear bumper has several scuffs on it, would ideally need replacing when a good scrapper one comes up for sale in XPG
Bonnet has previously been closed pushing down on it and dented slightly.
Several scratches and marks which I've tried to capture on the photos including touched up rust 10p size on the wheel arch where it meets the back bumper. £60 in a bodyshop to fix though it has been treated and covered over for now.
Alloys need a refurb and tyres only just legal.
Rear heated screen doesn't work.
Crack in rear light lense
Drivers door only unlocks with the key - actuator needs replacing, used is approx £15
2 working keys but 2nd one has lost it's buttons

This car would be a great project for someone and I'd love to see it finished off, or alternatively someone handy with the spanners could get a very cheap and cheap to run workhorse once the staring issue is fixed and LPG is serviced.

V5 is in my name, car is SORN. Test drives welcome if you can show me insurance and you are happy to drive with no tax !

I also have accumulated some bits for the car which will appear for sale later in the week.
