So sad. I understand she has been hounded on social media and our scum press since the allegations around her violence against her boyfriend, and it clearly became too much.

An absolute shame, people just need to be nicer to each other, it’s that simple....

Tragic that someone feels so low that suicide is the only option, I hope she finds some rest now

Hounded by the press she took her own life. Only 40 what a waste.

Don't know her, or the show, a terrible waste though.. More media pressure, when is the country going to wake up and see that there is more to life that what is portrayed in the media.

Very, very sad she was driven to take her own life. Her passing is the 3rd suicide of those who have appeared on Love Island.
Perhaps these type of " shows", should be looked at ? One loss is too much.
It doesn't seem to happen elsewhere. Those who crave fame pay a huge price.

Sadly papers like the Daily Mail (and the even worse mail online) make good money spreading nastiness. Equally sadly that means there is clearly a large number amongst us who like that sort of trash.

The other side of this is how social media has become a large part of peoples lives and when that turns toxic it must be very difficult to escape vitriol aimed at you.
