PayPal refunds
 

Does anyone know if PayPal can reclaim money from your account if they process a refund? I bought something that didn’t turn up and seller has processed a refund today, but things I found out about him scamming people make me nervous about assuming I have my money back!! Money is showing in my bank account though which is good!

As far as I know, once a refund claim is resolved and you are refunded, that's the end of it. So the money should now stay in your account.

was the item off e bay? as e bay does offer a refund but it takes about 10 days i purchased a ring for my wife of a jeweller and later found out thy gone bust but was still advertising taking peoples money but got me money back through e bay

Thanks, it’s a refund generated by the other party not by me disputing it with PayPal , due to goods not being sent. Only reason I’m worried is others have been scammed by the guy in the past.....
