Ok, so run flats have a reputation for a harsh ride, but the price is amazing.
Personally | wouldn't... but this might help someone...

Surely there's a 1 missing from the start of that price tag?

Great price but I thought it was illegal to use runflat tyres with out a low pressure warning system fitted?

Definitely agree. Every other comparable tyre is around £100 dearer on their website.
My runflat 245/45/18s are not even listed. Strange.

I'm not sure about it being illegal but I think you do have to have a TPMS fitted - the biggest problem being with run flats if you do get a puncture then you have no way on knowing, and although being run flat they do have their limitations with speed and distance.

I don't think there's anything to stop you putting run flats on ordinary rims but not sure you get the full benefit.

It's now showing £127 per tyre.

Nope, but its not advised.

Having changed from Runflats to normal tyres on SWMBO Mini a couple of years ago I would not use them unless that was all that was available. Harsh ride and noisy were the main problems, as soon as she fitted normal tyres it felt like a new car.

A click on the link now shows them listed at £149.99..
