How to change seat covers (Front seats)

I am trying to follow this "How To" but the photos are all out of focus.It is an old thread but Is there a way to get them any better??

Hi Karl that was not the one but reading it it would appear more comprehensive than the one I was reading If you can upload or send me the photos that would be great.
