Hope it wasn't!!
Very sorry to have to post this.
M25, yesterday 23rd Oct 4pm-ish, clockwise, J18-20. Black ZT, reg B* ** E**, didn't get the rest. What a dangerous driver, on a crowded M-way, all traffic doing about 30-35, this car was weaving across all four lanes, frankly not getting anywhere fast, but causing heavy braking everywhere. I just hope the driver hasn't got a family, as he/she is going to be in a big accident before long. It was one occasion when I wish I was a Traffic cop. Malcolm |
Oh Dear, Oh Dear!
If dangerous or Reckless driving like that is reported to Police with time/date/location, and there is Traffic Control/observation cameras in area, they will check recordings and act accordingly believe me, If not already noticed.. An accident waiting to happen. |
There's always one. :(

When stopped, he will trot out the usual "Why aren't you catching REAL criminals" balderdash. Let's hope he's caught by somebody like John... and ends up in front of somebody like me.:flame: |

The last time I got stopped for speeding I was in fact doing 40 in a 30 limit. I had just turned off the A10 onto White Hart Lane in Tottenham and that stretch of road has no housing just a sport centre and a school. It was 2.00am and no traffic at all. The rozzer first asked me if I knew what the speed limit was, of course I said 30. He advised me of my actual speed, to which I answered, I thought I was just poodling along. Didn't actually clock how fast I was going. Did all the usual checks and said please be more careful in future. In my defence I had just driven from Cambridge very tired and had not really registered I was no longer on a fast road. I know for sure that had I said anything other than 30mph he would have nicked me. Sound judgement on his part I feel, he was only a slip of a lad as well. :) |

"Judgement calls" are the Whole thing GG,
As Paul above says Cameras are open and shut, Time, Road, location, Type of car and reason can all make a difference, if person admits to doing wrong rather than giving Officer a Mouthful, a proper Judgement can then be made! |

The only gripe I've had recently is a ZT driver not thanking me for patiently waiting as he drove incredibly slowly down a double parked road (I mean really slow!). How rude.
