Spring for Bonnet Release
 

Hi all and Merry Christmas.

Where can you get a replacement spring for the bonnet release lever on the MK1.

I come across several cars where the spring has gone. if they are available and cheep enough then I will keep some in my tool kit.

If your lever does not pop up check to see if this spring has popped off

Mine went a while back, i had to buy a new latch just to take the springs from it. It would be good to find someone who could supply just the springs, im sure plenty of those must rust away.
