Naval 2 screen doesn’t respond to touch

Hi

I have a Naval 2 fitted but when I touch any part of the screen, it doesn’t respond. I can see the screen fine, the knobs and dials work but when navigating the screen, nothing. Is the screen dead? Can this be fixed? Thanks.

Just put a new touch screen in my old wince doubleddin.
Cost under a tenner from China
