ZTT seen.................

........................................ parked at the Tamar toll within the safety area. I assume the owner was working on the maintenance of the tolls. Dark Blue, with roof rack and ladders attached. Been about 10.30 ish! BX 04 ***.
I was in the Yellow ZT.
