Alloy wheel refurbishment advice.

I am possibly thinking about have the alloy wheels on my ZT-T refurbished sometime this year. If I decide to have them done it will need to be somewhere local to me as I will need to have the wheels removed off my car and leave it with them whilst the wheels are done.

Has anyone used this company? http://www.proalloys.co.uk

Also does anyone have any thoughts about wheel colour such as going for original sparkle silver or something different?

Thanks

Clyde

I've seen worked carried out by these on other forums and it looks of very high quality and the posters were immensely happy with the results

Personally Clyde, I would stick to silver for your car, but it's your decision:cool:

I tend to agree, wheels should be silver, or in certain circumstances black, grey wheels etc always look dirty in my opinion.

Factory sparkle silver is my vote.

Thanks for the reply Jordan, it is really good to know other people have had their wheels done and been happy with the results.

Thanks Ron, I was thinking silver would be the best option but I wondered if there was another option members thought might be a good alternative.

Thanks Tim, I am thinking sparkle silver will be the colour if I have the wheels done.

Website looks good, courtesy cars available ( a rarity) and prices about normal.

They are not a franchise which I believe is good....

Choice of colour Silver Sparkle, having seen various newly refurbished wheels in this finish at meets, done well they look superb.:}

Silver sparkle every time. I have used this finish on jaguar alloy wheels when re-furbishing as well. Anything else looks dull and dirty! Cannot stand black or grey finishes under any circumstances!

I agree with the other posts, Silver only!

My 11's are going for refurb tomorrow. Sparkle silver, with a pearlescent lacquer, for added "colour flip" in the sunshine if we ever get any. :D
