This is an absolutely cracking charger that I bought for £35 last year
Its a bargain for £15 for anyone who is interested listed on Amazon today as a daily deal. https://www.amazon.co.uk/SUAOKI-Main...TWMP74AW8V9V6Y |
Good heads up, thanks.

Stating the obvious, this needs to be plugged into a mains supply? I ask because my cars are parked about 10 meters from my house.

Yes it plugs into a mains supply.
I'm not sure how you overcome the distance from the house if you're parked on the road that far from your house. If its your own land all the way to the car you'll need a mains extension lead |

Many thanks for the heads up - I have just bought one to replace my old charger.
I have always disconnected the battery when charging as I worry about "frying" the ECU. Do I need to as long as I connect earth first and then positive and the reverse to disconnect? |

I charged up the battery on my CDT in situ with no problems. |
I've just gone to buy one myself, and it's now currently unavailable!
