The Netherlands Sept 2021

As a few members have been asking about a return visit to the Netherlands, I feel we should get this underway for 2021.
I have been in touch with the hotel we stayed in back in 2019, they have rooms available from Friday 10th September to Monday 13th September 2021.
The comfort room is E90 per night excluding breakfast which is an extra E16 per day.
A deposit (Non refundable) of 25% of your total stay will be payable into a paypal account that is set up for the trip, deposits are to be payed by 1st August 2020, this will allow me to reserve the correct amount of rooms for the trip.
We are leaving the travelling down to the individual member to organise, as some will want to cross using ferry, and some will want to use Le Shuttle as before.
Meeting points once everyone is across the water will be arranged closer to the time once we know numbers of members that are attending.
For obvious reasons there are no dates yet for any car shows while we are there, but I’m sure the 75 & ZT owners on the continent will meet up with us on the Saturday or Sunday somewhere for an impromptu get together.
Hotel details: www.ruwenberg.nl
This is not an official meet and therefore won’t be covered by the clubs liability insurance.

Attendees:
1. Trikey & Bluebird
2. Snetty & Deb
3. Actros
4. Maxi_crawf
5. Marinabrian & Chris
6. Jnorris
7. BL52KRZ +1

I have had a look on hotels.com, there are a few pet friendly hotels within a couple of miles of De Rewenburg.

Would be nice to go again Brian. We're already committed to Assen superbikes next September but we won't know the exact date until end of this year, the race is usually the third weekend of the month so if the two events are only a week apart we may just drag the tin shed along and stay over for a couple of weeks but can't commit to anything at the moment.
Cheers

Meet

Please put me on the list, pity it's so long to wait, can't we go sooner? Like next spring or summer.

bluebird 8th July 2020 19:12

Come on ladies and gents get ur name down last year was brilliant so dont miss this

bl52krz 11th July 2020 09:29

Hi Andy. You can add my name to the list. Will ask my mate if he would like to come again. If you get enough on the list you could probably get a better offer on the price again. Nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say.

I will ask the question once we have final numbers 👍

steve-45 15th July 2020 20:25

Hi Andy, put Lynne and I down for this. But we would intend to stay on for another week and explore Luxembourg, so unlikely to be able to take part in any group channel crossing deal.

bl52krz 15th July 2020 21:55

Andy, add my mate to the list please. He will be coming in my car.

GJ53 DGO 30th July 2021 18:09

Are you looking to reschedule this for next year Andy? Was very sorry not to be able to do this as we were both really looking forward to it. Although another year to get the V8 reliable is very welcome!!
