The current retail price for all these items added together is around £350-£360. I'm looking for £220 plus whatever it costs to post. If anyone is interested, let me know and I can provide full details.

NB. Camera takes 4 x AA rechargeables, CF & XD cards.

Jules - I replaced it with a D200 (very nice camera), Nikon zoom & twin battery pack.

If you're going to buy a new cam, wait a bit - Nikon are releasing the new D300 and D3 any day now (around £1299 and £3k respectively - bodies only).

If you really want to go mad, opt for the new 21 Megapixel Canon - also to be released any day soon. It's £6k plus lens though. The Nikon D3 is probably the wiser choice at the moment.

PS. The Fuji gear sold within minutes of sticking it on Fleabay - see http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...L:EOISSA:UK:11

I could probably have got a bit more for it!

I sold a car once in 10 minutes:D

I sold my first house to the first viewer 30 minutes after putting it on the market.

Easiest 3% the estate agent ever made as they did absolutely nothing other than ring a few people!

Me too. A Granada V6 2.8i Ghia X Estate Auto - it sold within 10 minutes of the local paper coming out. The chap came round, took one look and said 'I'll have it' (without even driving it).

It wasn't tough enough for heavy camera units but it was a very nice car all the same - it used to glide along and could carry virtually anything you could chuck at it. I had two double beds and three people in it once!

It was fast too - beat the train back from Motherwell to Watford Junction on one occasion. (Lunacy - I wouldn't do that again).

16 feet 2 inches - a real pig to park at Tescos.

Have a look on the fuji site http://www.fujifilm.co.uk/shop/ they currently have the 9600 for £193. They advertise as refurbished, but I got one a couple of months ago and I'm sure it's new. I think they have to put this, so they don't upset the retailers. I joined the club and a discount code sent for a further 15% off and couldn't resist at that price. If your looking for something a bit cheaper I used to have the 5600 which I thought was a great camera, these are now £87 which I think is great value
