That's three days of fatty stuff for me I'm afraid, maybe even more. I hope to keep my waist the same as I have for the last thirty years...If you enjoy it with no guilt then you are lucky, it's the guilt that stops me mostly but, I burn it off so fast too. I weighed myself yesterday at 15.1 stones, today I'm 14.8, I can lose half a stone in a day without trying, I think it's just me but I'm not complaining.

That was my first meal all day Mike, but I honestly don't feel guilty if I have a good fry up like that. Even though nothing was fried:duh: Eggs were poached and everything else was done in a halogen oven, except the beans obviously:D If I could lose half a stone in a day I'd be made up, I'm tipping the scales at 19st now but I carry it well except for a bit of gut:getmecoat:
