are the fuses mini or standard

forgive me asking here and not going and checking but its raining and dark and I don't want to be out in the rain getting to the passenger footwell fuses.

Are the blade type fuses standard size or mini? I need to get a piggyback fuse.

thank you macafee2

Well my mk1 are normal size, but i've seen mini one's in facelift cars :Snow:

MangoMan 15th December 2013 15:35

Mine are what I call 'Nissan' (Blade type) Fuses - normal size, not the mini ones...

Greeners 15th December 2013 15:38

The change was when the fusebox became hardwired, which was around 2003....from VIN 279844

macafee2 15th December 2013 15:49

I'd better check in that case, not tonight however, as mines 2005 and so that may make them mini.
Thank you.

This. My pre facelift car has mini fuses.

Greeners 15th December 2013 16:04

Its nothing to do with the facelift, the fusebox change was carried out before that.....

That makes yours a hardwired fusebox model, and mini blade fuses ;)

See how you've avoided going out in the cold darkness :xmas-smiley-018:
