Wire mesh grille?

I have seen people mention wire mesh grille's for the rover 75? within the forum, are these items available to buy or does someone on the site fabricate them?

They are a DIY job. Buy a replacement grille if you don't want to cut your own, remove the fins and attach the mesh. Several variances of mesh available on eBay.

I made this style

Thanks Parker, that looks very smart, I think I'll give it a go.

It's not expensive to do and can be done on the kitchen table in the warm ;)

Just be careful cutting the fins out to prevent any damage.

I also ran a chrome strip around mine to finish it off and hide any nasties. :)

Nice one Ronnie. Looking 'Brilliant' as usual.

I like the look of the 'Larger' mesh (ala Bentley).

I'm sure you've been asked many times, but did you buy your Front Grill Badge, or did you have it made ? :drool4::drool4::drool4::drool4:

Amuses me that he talks about another chance to buy a unique item that he's already sold 13 of :duh:

Alf, someone on the forum made about 20/30 of them, I thought it was Richard(humphsumps) but he says not, so I can't for the life of me remember:o:shrug:

Pop the bonnet as normal, then put your fingers between the bonnet & slam panel & push the hook back away from the bonnet loop:cool: or, fit a later ZT style bonnet catch;)
