I'm a retired biker and so glad I survived, only one big off and that was thanks to a Vauxhall driver. That high side at that speed is terrifying but racing riders and drivers just seem to shrug it off.

Good grief.
Somehow you don't expect to see this from the guys like Marquez. They seem to have a sixth sense and/or almost unbelievable levels of skill to "recover" them almost before they start. :bowdown:. Glad he's sort of OK. But yes, bike racers get hurt, they know it happens and are somehow sort of resigned to it. God bless them and look after them because what a show they put on for us mere mortals ;). |
