POOLE PARK MEET - NEW DATE 25th SEPT
 

Hi Guys

Poole council say we can't have 18th Sept :eek: But we can have the 25th Sept.

Sorry about that but out of my hands.

I have sent PM's to those who were coming on the 18th, to make sure they are aware of date change, and asked them to confirm new date so that they are on new list.

I have started new list to save trolling through previous one, so any body OK for the 25th let me know please. The more the merrier :} Time will still be 10ish - 4ish.

Sorry I've not sorted a Poole meet as promised but Jan and myself have finally got a bungalow (at VERY short notice) so we had no internet for almost 3 weeks and now I'm up to my neck in decorating.
I was hoping to get to the Poole meet had it been on the 18th but unfortunately like several of the other members I'm already committed to the Crofton Beam Engine show on the 24th and 25th.
Hope you are keeping OK and that the Poole meet goes well for you.

PS... There is no regional secretary for Dorset at the moment but of course you dont need to be a RS to run a meet.

Glad you got new house with a low roof :}

Sorry you can't get to Poole meet. I just hope numbers make it worth while.

I didn't know there wasn't a Regional Secretary for the Dorset Region :duh:, but I can't offer to be considered, because I'm to unreliable (health wise :eek:). The reason I made mention of a Poole meet is because it's the only one I get chance to get too.

Anyways, best wishes to you & Jan in your new home. I'm sure you will be very happy.

Not sure if I'll be able to make it now Alf, seems I'm supposed to be a 3 other events on the same day. Sorry I'll try another one another day.

Hi guys

I sent a number of PM's to members who were hoping to attending meet on the old date of 18th, to let me know if they could still make it on 25th.

So far not much response apart from:

Aircub

If you can make it on 25th to be added to list.

I really don't want the meet to fail through lack of support.
