Afternoon,
Has anyone participated in the Homes for Ukraine Scheme?
We have sponsored of family of four, a mother and three children, and I was after a little advice and guidance from anyone with first hand experience.

Not personally but one of my pals has. It's taken an age but they now have a family of three living with them

Thanks for the advice.
Insurance company advised and guess what an extra premium.
Never mind I have five grand children what's another three.
And I suppose you could say it is good for me as I've had to get my brain back into gear to learn a few Ukraine words.

Trikey they are a lovely family.
It is just terrible what has happened to them and the rest of Ukraine.

Some of the TV news pictures last night were almost too much to bear.Ordinary loving family's enduring a living hell.Thank you to everyone who has offered safe refuge to those lucky enough to escape.I can't put into words my sorrow (and anger) for those forced to face it
