fbh fuel pump
anyone got one or no of a supplier for a decent new one.no links to chinese tat required thank you.:duh:

used one of a bmw found with the same part number.(89372a)

you had indeed on another forum:} i knew others where the same but did not want to get the wrong one as the delivery rates differ i think.i hope this fixes it as mine has stopped clicking. the fbh fires up runs for quite awhile then shuts down. i have tapped the pump to no avail.still it has been in service for a few years now.
edit i have now found out this pump has been in service for nine years! as i fitted new from sark blue off ebay |
Give it some proper rust treatment before fitting!

will do .as i did the old one it is still in good nick after nine years under the car albeit non functioning .the replacement turned up today it is in mint condition so i imagine it lives in a more sheltered position on a bmw x5:}
