Photo import.
 

For some unknown reason my laptop will not import photos from phone or camera.Keep getting message no photos on device. Any help would be appreciated.

What sort of phone?
And what sort of laptop?

Thanks for reply,lenovo laptop,don't know what type of phone other than it's a Nokia. It was given to me by my son in law when he upgraded. It was Importing ok last week. My g/son has told me to get the S.I.L to download an app so i can import photos that way. It's a little bit too tech for me.:shrug:
