Just loved NZ, so much beautiful countryside and wonderful people. Spent a month in total and travelled from Auckland to Christchurch with some fantastic stops in between, Wonderful country....

the one on the right. Mainly as it would be easier to clean :D
|
I voted Unions hoping that it was teh Picture on the left !!!!
If not ....... oops......... Dont like shiny alloys........:getmecoat: |
Hmmm, this is an unexpected result. 60% unions 35% meteors.
Just to clarify the unions are on the left. To provide another perspective here are pictures of Rover 75s with the alloys - just in case anyone wants to change their mind;). http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o.../black75.2.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o...uediesel75.jpg Why do people prefer the 16" Unions? |
I prefer the Unions as they look better on the Car and the Meteors don't.
Just my opinion and no offence intended whatsoever, but I feel that most of the "Shinier" Chromey Alloys look tacky. Unless they are Chrome Wire wheels on a Triumph or MG etc.. Out of both your Photos I would say that the Unions compliment your Car and fit very nicely with the Cars style, whereas the Meteors stick out like a sore thumb and really do nothing for the Cars presentation. |

IMO the Meteors look unfinished and a little on the cheapo side. Whereas the Unions ooze class and suit the car much better.
