cd changer yet again!

What is it with the alpine CD Changers on earlier cars?

The 3rd one has now failed on my S1 car with factory hi line NAV

Anyone got one that works!

I have a 6 cd changer that came with my 2003 cdti. Not sure if that's what you are looking for?
