What sad news. His great works, especially in the Spaghetti Westerns trilogy with Clint Eastwood , were absolutely amazing. I never tire of listening to them.

I feel privileged to have seen him play 3 times.

Very sad to hear. Particularly love his music for the old Clint Eastwood western films.
