KV6 Inlet Manifold Developments
Heard some news and saw some interesting photos on a replacement inlet manifold for the KV6 that an ex MG Rover employee is working on bringing to the market in the next few months. From what I can gather from the photos the inlet manifold seems to be in two parts and is made in a plastic material. Perhaps death rattle and VIS motor issues will be a thing of the past ? :}
Claimed 25ps more power over conventional set-up, but that includes a piggy back ECU. Apparently 2 x test mules on road being evaluated right now. |
Keep us posted please :D

I'm in close contact with the chap (if it's the same person, feel free to PM to confirm!) and I'm very excited too.
He's a very clever guy, and the end product should be fantastic. |
Will you be stocking them Mat?

Not that I'm aware of is the honest answer - if he needs a hand with distribution I'll of course chip in and help, but to my knowledge he's very au fait with sending parts out already so it shouldn't be an issue.
I'm really keen for the price of these to remain as low as possible - given the huge development cost faced with these items, if he can pack and post them himself and cut out middle men, I'd rather it stayed that way. Of course if that's not the route he chooses to take, I'd gladly inject some cash into the venture and stock them when they're finished. All up to the man himself. :D |
Very interested 🙂

Ive seen the prototypes and its extremely promising, it really is his forte. There are two cars on the road running these at the moment and all looks good.
