Anybody fancy a new MG TF (old Stock)?
|
Can this still be registered for road use ? I vaguely remember something I read that after a certain year it can’t be done
|
Just what I was thinking.
|
It has been for sale for 6 months or more.
The drivers seat looks like it has been sat on for a lot longer than 94 miles or maybe something has been sat on it? I don't think it is a problem registering it but you might end up with an age related plate. |
I've posted it on the Canadian Modern MG forum so let's see if anyone over here bites.
The best time to sell it would be in 2027 when it will be allowed into the US market (25 year rule), But that's a long time to wait. :shrug: |
Nice collection of classics in the background. :}
The TF gear lever knob has been changed for some reason :shrug: |
And the bumpers have been resprayed !
There should be black inserts in both bumpers. Pete. |
I thought it was 2008 cars had to be registered if not already registered, also seems strange about the drivers seat condition, gear knob amd respray of bumpers, seems like there might be more of a story to this car.

Yes a very tidy looking CF. :drool4: |
No ABS either as you can see from the empty space on the left under the bonnet.
