Unusual Interior??

Spotted this on Gumtree, it doesn't look like seat covers or are they:shrug:

If not someone must have spent a fair bit changing the interior.

I have seen the guy on Facebook advertising his services e-covering seats like this - polish guy - wasn't too expensive if I remember correctly
