Swop electric blind from one shelf to another
 
basically I have a electric rear blind in a cream/sandstone rear shelf and I want to put this in a zt colour rear shelf , is this poss , am I having to buy another in that colour ? is there any easy way to change the colour of the shelf ?

any help would be gladly received !!

You can remove the blind from your current beige shelf and fit it to the Grey one.

I did it to mine, I marked out where it had to be cut and used a modellers razor saw , very pleased with the result, just take your time.:}

Did mine as well, once removed from the old shelf it is very easy to see where you have to cut. I made some paper templates and cut around them. :}

I did mine

the marks were in the non-blind shelf and I followed them with a Stanley type knife. I did not bother with the stuck on brackets, there were a couple in the middle I used and once in place it bolts down to the body shell

most tricky bits for me was trimming the shelf to fit the plastic guide covers at each end of the main slot.

with "hunt the wiring" in the centre console took about 2 hours.
