A home and away replica set of Aston Villa Football Shirts. Both are size XL. Both shirts are used but in very good condition as can be seen in the photos. Not many of these shirts become available for sale as a pair and in matching sizes. Price now reduced to £25. http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...j.jpg~original http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...e.jpg~original http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...z.jpg~original http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...v.jpg~original http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...e.jpg~original http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...y.jpg~original http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...g.jpg~original |

Check the shirt sponsor when my club Dundee United finally ( on the seventh cup final appearance) won the Scottish Cup in 1994.... Picture is Craig Brewster celebrating scoring the winner http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f5...sfeozn8px.jpeg |

Craig
I know Craig. He is a real gentleman and always has time to stop and talk to young fans.
His cup winning goal was a supporters dream....and he was one himself. Tidy shirts. If I recall correctly they were just sponsored by Rover for the cup games. Memory not as good as used to be...:duh: Funnily enough, the second time we won the Scottish cup was against Ross County, managed by ...Derek Adams! Now that was a real family cup final. Loads of kids, girl friends, granny and grandads...No trouble at all...( no big clubs with the trouble that sometimes spoils things for their true supporters) We went to the 'Pub on the Hill' near Hampden and it was completely mixed, singing folk buying drinks for one another. Great atmosphere and remarkably the same mixed group after the game... Chris |
Price reduced.

Bargain
Got to be a bargain for an Aston Villa fan...
Perfect for summer car shows.. |
I have the Aston villa rover home top as worn and autographed by jaun Pablo Angel
What a player that guy was:D Good luck with the sale, nice piece of history for someone |
I have the unfortunate affliction of following Aston Villa home & Away for many years as well as doing a bit of work there also....
The one game I missed this year was Reading away as I was in Barcelona where my god son plays for there Academy so went to watch him. As is the way, it was our first win away for 14 months with a very late penalty, listening in Barcelona I am still not sure if I was happy to finally win or furious that I had missed it...... Juan Pablo is a fantastic guy. He really struggled at first, it was a lot of money at the time £9.5 million and he felt the pressure and the family did not settle at first. Villa employed someone to transition the foreign players into Life at the club and city who ended up being there until this year. I have most of the shirts including the LDV ones. I have been around the club for years so recall the players having Maestro's and others as Company issued player cars. When the later sponsorship was announced they had a special signed Rover 25 for the announcement. Last game of the season this week then a few weeks rest then off to Germany for pre-season.... |
Still available for sale, I will consider a near offer for the shirts. Also still listed on Ebay but should sell for more than the asking price asked on here.
