Storm Hannah..
Out yesterday for a bit to watch the waves crashing over the lighthouse...
It's amazing to watch, the blue sky doesn't make it look particularly stormy though, but the wind was really powerful. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...31e94edf_z.jpgStorm Hannah, Porthcawl. It was wild; I was in Blackpool for a roller coaster weekend, but that was "enhanced" by the crazy wind and sudden showers, with some rides not operating. I did go on the pier in the early evening to watch the waves crashing in, but no way was I exposing any camera to those elements.

Wow, it sounds like it was worse up there than here!
We didn't have any rain. Just strong wind. Whenever we have a storm here, the whole seafront is covered in photographers. |
