These cars are mental, a friend of mine was lucky to own two of these in the late 1980's and I can still remember being scared out of my wits as a passenger, unfortunately he would never let me drive one. They were a nightmare for reliability, requiring frequent engine rebuilds and the price being asked for this one is many tens of thousands more than he got for both of his in the early 90's.

A farmer round here has one for a summer toy, Had it for donkeys years, IIRC think he got it for about £35K

I know they are fast but not 200 grand fast. Like has already been said they were apparently a ****** for being rebuilt:shrug: I'd rather go and buy another XR41, strip it out and use that as a toy. And buy a house with my change from the 200 grand:D
