Bude and the Heron...........................
 

................................ at a loose end yesterday. So drove to Bude. Had a wander across the beach, came back via the canal and heritage centre. Then across the bridge where I saw this Heron.

1-plenty of room in the car park
2-the beach
3-storm clouds
4-the heron
5-never been this close to a heron before.

PS. Pic 5, that close up of the Heron. What has it got in its beak ??????????????????

Don’t think there was anything in its beak, might be the angle of the shot. I was standing right above the zheron.
